The staff is always friendly and the service is very fast. Never any complaints there. However the majority of hot food I order... is ALWAYS cold or barely heated through. Please cook your food a little longer!! Read more

Closes at 8pm according to google, 9pm according to the sign on the front doors, yet the doors were locked 7:15pm. Workers who... were in there simply walked away after seeing us. Read more
Elderly man working the drive thru is, unfortunately, not mentally playing with a full deck. Babbles random things, messes up,... and blames the customer. Then laughs in your face about it. I understand this location wants to give jobs to seniors, which iscommendable, but this particular gentleman should not be dealing with customers. Read more
Stopped in for a quick coffee. Drive thru long line , inside long line. Behind the counter only 3-4 Ppl and none were young. I... am not discriminating however , younger staff will react to the lines and customer more efficient. I believe a manager wasworking the register, she walked from behind the counter where 2 customers were waiting for their order to be taken, to servesomeone sitting in a chair ? All 3 of us walked out. I was not confident they would of made my order correctly and I would ofwasted money. Read more
The whiting Dunkin' donuts is always out of supplies you could never get a drink you need they're either out of coffee or... they're out of cream they come up with new drinks and you can order them because they don't have enough supplies to keep up withthe demands of these new products I'm very disappointed Read more
