My order was completely wrong. First of all, the sausage and pepper sub was disgusting. The sausage was so overcooked and dry... that it was like cardboard. I ordered a 12" tuna sub, and got a 6" sub and the toppings were completely wrong. And the lastitem, the buffalo wings had no sauce, and they were so hard and over fried that they were disgusting. The worst part is thatwhen I called the restaurant to complain, the woman on the phone would not let me talk and she was rude and abusive. I have beengoing to this restaurant for a long time now, but I will never use them again. Getting an order wrong, and cooking a bad mealhappens, but the way I was treated when I called to complain was unacceptable and inexcusable. That was the worst case ofcustomer service ever. The pizzeria was good I only had one slice of pizza it was a Big slice for $2.40 I sat outside ate it on the table very good... when I go back in September to take her to the dentist I will try a meatball sandwich or something like that Read more

I wouldn't feed this food to animals that live in the woods. Old disgusting. After shoveling out a neighbor he sent us food from... this losing establishment they call a pizzeria. When I opened the loaf of bread it was as green as a shamrock in st. Patrick'sday. The chicken franchise stuffed shells salads and fried calamari ALL went in the garbage. I did inform my neighbor and he notonly was so embarrassed and infuriated that a pizzeria would send something like that to be eaten . I'm a caterer and cook andhave never never seen or experienced a rotten food delivery like that before. Also note....rhis is NOT their first pizzeria.That have had several That failed.... I wonder why. Where is Gordon Ramsay when you need him. I'm sure the chicken is slimmyold seafood old cheese. I don't need to continue. I give them a MINUS 10. Looks like the BBC should make a surprise visit tothat kitchen. I'm disgusted just thinking of it and to take advantage of a part of whiting where there are so many elderlypeople that don't know any better us disgraceful on the pizzerias part. I have to say, this pizza is better than most places in North Jersey where I have 50+ year of experience. I saw this place while... I was in the Shopping Center and new I was ordering thar tonight. The pizza was cooked exactly as requested and had greatflavor, texture and crunch. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese with a great crust. I was expecting to have a long searchfor good pizza but nope, this is my spot. The woman who answered was very clear, polite and friendly. When I went to get it (yesthey deliver) I know I had the same friendly lady taking my money. This place is an absolute must and a little gem tucked away.Now when friends and family visit, no excuses, there is good pizza right here. ZERO STARS!! I tried to order JUST a large plain pizza & was told it came with a salad! What dressing would I like?I said I?ve... ordered this before it never came with a salad. She (the owners RUDE wife) said it always does! 45 min and $41.75. I YELLEDinto the phone WHAT??? No reply. Again I said WAIT, read that back to me! Still silence from her but noise in the background. Icontinued to yell WAIT, HELLO! Then I heard click. I immediately called back of course & she answered. I said I just called &ordered a plain pie with a free salad & I want to cancel that. She rudely said you don?t get anything free with a pizza! What?sthe address? I told her the address & she said she didn?t take an order for this address & that I must have ordered fromsomewhere else. I looked at my phone log & it clearly reads that I called Francesco?s 7 times! I had her on speakerphone the 1sttime I got through & this time as well, so my daughter heard everything that transpired! I told her that I have them in my phone& I most certainly called them! She rudely insisted that I must have ordered from somewhere else. So this time I hung up on her& called somewhere else. Think twice before ordering from this place. This little gem is located in Crestwood shopping center. I wasn't even aware that they were there. I live literally 2 minutes... away from Francesco's place. I absolutely love their cheese steak subs. Their pizza is yet another great find. I love their thincrust pizza! Did I mention the people who make these delicious treats? Who knew?! A Hidden Gem... Moved here 3 years ago from Brooklyn NY, I had to find good pizza! I've been in this shopping center,... never knew it existed...
