This location doesn?t get curbside pickup orders correct. I use curbside pickup at other locations and never have a problem.... Every single time I use this location, they get something wrong. Yesterday, they gave me diet Cherry Pepsi when I orderedregular. Today, they forgot the sour cream packets that I paid extra for! By the time I drive all the way home and discovertheir mistakes, I?m not about to drive back to get the correct items. Tossed the diet soda in the trash. My loss. I think I willstick to using the Pemberton location where the employees have excellent customer service skills. Read more
I was here on 3/12/2022 at 11:41 to get gas. The gas pumps which are normally busy for a Saturday WERE NOT on this day. There... were may be two or 3 other cars than myself. There were two gad attendants. I waited about 10 plus minutes for service. Thenthis elderly attendant came up to my window and rudely said "I guess you want service". Well considering NJ has yet to become aself-serve for gas, um yes, I need service to fill my gas tank.! I don't usually make it habit to hang out at gas pumps in mycar just for the hell of it. Also earlier in the week, I got gas here in the morning, a younger gas attendant was rude when Igave him my debt card and he said it declined and then said "you have no money on that card"... I told him ther was plenty ofmoney in that account. I than gave him my one credit card and asked for $10 worth of gas. He scoffed at me and said "$10dollars?" At which I said yes. Maybe Wawa needs to retrain some of their employees in better customer service skills. I just went to this location as it's the closest to me. The store is nice and well layed out. They had plenty of staff and... plenty of customers. Parking lot was packed, gas pumps were have taken up and customers kept coming. Lady at the register (shortgray hair) was polite and helpful. People are all wearing masks, most customers too. Nice selection and well organized. I'mcoming from a 7-11 area and I must say WaWa crushes them down to the employees. Happy Camper. Read more
Just ordered this sub on my lunch break. Not even close to what I had ordered. Not toasted, no cheddar cheese, no spinach, and... added tomatoes ? How is it possible to mess up that bad!! I guess check your order before you leave with this location! Read more
I just ordered a man and cheese/mashed potato bowl and the bowl with the chicken want even half full. Id think for almost $8... you'd get more then a half of a scoop of each ingredient. Its almost as if there was no more Mac and chees or mashed potatoesand they scraped up what was left and gave it to me. Don't get me wrong it tasted good but the portion was more like a ration. Great location and has a very large gas station. This is one of the larger Wawa stores but it seems to be managed well. The... staff moves fast to get your order taken care of promptly. Read more
Can Wawa explain how I ordered 2 classic subs and the hot sub was about 3 inches shorter than the cold sub? I am guessing Wawa... uses different size "classic" rolls for hot and cold subs. Read more
