You need to learn the difference between fully loaded BAKED POTATO and fully loaded fries. This is the third time you did this.... Learn to read orders correctly and when you are asked by customers if it is a baked potato make sure it is, don't lie when youknow it is fries. Read more

Generally the people are great and the food is tasty. And if they mess up, they will take care of you. My main issue is with the... app. I didn't used to have a problem, but now it always has me get to the final order screen to tell me that there's a problemand please reorder. I have reset the app and deleted and reinstall the app but to no avail. Read more

To start this Wendy?s location has the worst customer service possible. I wish I could give it a NEGATIVE RATING Yesterday... evening my friends and I went to this location for some food. The workers had us wait approximately 15 minutes to place ourorder. I would understand if it was busy for the order to take that long to place?but it was not!!!! Once we finally place ourorder we proceeded to the window to get our food and drinks. They took so long to get our drinks I was about to just drive away.Finally our order started to be given to us and that even took long. Once given our food I drove away thinking all was fine but,I was wrong my order was totally wrong ???? and I was frustrated. I drove back through the line had to wait again and tell themmy order was all wrong. Here is where things got real FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!! the manager told my friends and I that ? do you wantyour money back or the food made right? ?but it will take even longer to get our food? I was already waiting 30 minutes plus forthis food. I didn?t even get an APOLOGY FROM THE MANAGER ON DUTY. Read more

The drive up is always so slow. To sit in a car for fast food for 20 to 30 minutes for a burger and fries is totally to long. I... have been there 3 times lately and it?s always the same. The food was cold when I finally got it. This is poor management.Unfortunately it?s the only drive up for food in the area. They need to improve their service. Read more

I just had an absolutely horrible experience at this Wendy?s. My family and I stopped here to grab a bite before continuing on... our destination, but what was suppose to take max 10 minutes took 40 minutes. The line was incredibly long due to how slow thestaff were, easily taking 20 minutes just to get to the counter. However, the main issue was that I have the Wendy?s app and hadan offer that I added to the scan part and when one of the employees scanned the offer they were having issues. It took themover 10 minutes with the manager to finally work on the offer that Wendy?s app had given me. Once the offer was done,we learned that their receipt machine was broken. I will have to check my credit card to make sure the offer was applied and weweren?t overcharged. On top of that they forgot to give my family two of our items. Thankfully, my family member had checked thebag and noticed it. After all that we were left with food that was dry and had we not had the ghost pepper sauce it would havebeen miserable. Read more

As far as Wendy's go, this place is pretty decent. The wait times are generally pretty long, I always see a line of cars moving... slowly when I visit. But the food is well made and delicious. So if you don't mind a wait, it isn't a bad choice. Read more

For the second time in a row this Wendy's in Cranberry has completely failed in their customer service. I placed a mobile order... to go for my family on the last leg of a long trip, and after a few minutes they placed a couple bags on the counter and calledmy name. It was then that they informed me, " Oh by the way, the chicken sandwiches will be another 11 minutes." Just minutesbefore I had heard the manager chastising someone in the back for not keeping up with the chicken. Since we were in a hurry, Ibacked if there was any compensation that could be made for the wait. The girl at the counter glibly replied that she couldn'tdo anything about it, so I asked to see the manager. She said he was busy. So I asked for her to get him. Finally he came outand said that there was nothing he could do because it was a mobile order. Upon my pressing the issue, he offered to give mecrispy chicken sandwiches instead of grilled. My daughters are gluten free, I explained and can't eat those. Then he offered arefund so we go get on our way, without the sandwiches that we ordered. I asked if he could just give me a coupon for next time Finally he said that the next time I came I should just mention his name and he would give me whatever sandwich I wanted forfree. I said how would anyone working know if I didn't have something in writing? The girl at the counter then said, "Oh, I'llremember you if you wear that bright blue shirt again." We decided to wait and sat down at a table. Finally the girl brought outthe missing sandwiches, which were very poorly wrapped, and as she handed one to my daughter, she said, " Be careful, that oneis falling apart!" Free food is not enough to compensate for such absolute failure and disregard for the customer. I will NEVERgo back there. Read more

Barely any AC on a mild 85 degree day, dingy, needs to be remodeled desperately. Service was so slow I could have killed the... chicken and cooked it myself, literally 25 minutes for a spicy chicken combo with a fry and drink.
