They're very polite and the food is always hot and fresh. I've never gotten fry's I didn't have to blow on to cool them down... before eating them as I do soon as I pull away. Love the buffalo chicken sliders. Read more
I am absolutely hooked on their Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and Crinkle fries the cashier at drive thru saw I had my 3 dogs and... the manager gave each one a piece of bacon and gained a friend for life. The nicest people ever Read more
Great service! However some foods I just don't prefer, but there was nothing wrong with it. Try going to the Brighton Arby's
Super unsafe place. Wet floors, mat on top slip and slide. Even after severel people fell. All seen by the employees (kids)... behide the counter didnt seam to care. Be careful and don't hurt yourself because of their incompetence. On the plus side thefood was good. But now my back hurts because of the slip I didn't fall but hurt my back. :-( Read more
Stopped in for the first time here since I was working in the area. I understand this is supposed to be Fast Food and I... understand the issues of finding People to work. But the lack of accuracy with completing an order is ridiculous. I had oneorder of 1 meal. I was handed a Small Soda when a Large was ordered then after I had left the store and finally got a chance toget a drink it wasn't even the correct soda after the size mistake was made. I don't care if I have to wait an extra 30 secondsto 5 minutes to make sure my order is correct but get it right. Read back my order to make sure it's correct. Anything toprevent issues. Read more

Used to be awesome. Now you order two sandwiches and two fried products and they can't even get that right. Seriously I order... a Swiss and ranch and a buffalo chicken. This is the idiocy that I received. What are you doing to make a Swiss and ranch andonly put meat and bun together. Never again will I waste my time or money. Read more
