The drive thru lines were very long so we went in. We were in a hurry so attempted to order at the register and we were told we... had to order at the kiosk. I did not want to use the kiosk...it was filthy. In fact, the whole place seemed dirty (windowsdirty, items on the floor, pop machine and kiosk had stuff all over them). Read more

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. First you walk in, they won't take your order, they tell us we have... to order thru the machine. They weren't even busy. Once we order and put in our credit card we get no receipt. Now we don't knowif the order went through or not. By now people are coming in and it starts getting crowed. My aunt and uncle get their food,we don't, after about 20 minutes I told my husband to go check on his breakfast since we never got a receipt. The lady tells himits coming soon. I told him to wait by the counter so they could see him. He finally gets his food. When he comes back to thetable I asked him were his coffee was and he said she would bring it. Fifteen minutes later it still didn't get there so he goesup and they charge him for the coffee that should have been free with the deluxe breakfast. I don't usually complain but thiswas unacceptable. I had to wait until my credit card bill came so I would know where to sent this review. I really want tocontact the Corporate office but it is impossible to find the phone number. The McDonalds didn't even apologize for taking solong either. Read more

My son and I stopped by the drive through after attending a local soccer tournament. Sad to say we were met with what I could... best describe as an exasperated employee working the very busy drive through. I tried to be pleasant knowing the challenges thisperson faced when there is a rush and they have run out of or no longer carry an item. It must be bad when a person can't evensay, "your welcome". Thankfully the nicer older person providing us our food could. I kept my receipts to respond to the surveyon it, but after it didn't work a couple times I went on to other things. Glad to provide a little feedback. Not all customersare bad, and it really is part of your job to represent your business well. Sorry there are jerks at both ends of the intercomsometimes. But customers will never be replaced by robots, but human employees that act like them can and are being replaced bythem. Don't make it so easy to be replaced! Read more

Clean restaurant with easy ordering via drive thru, kiosk, or regular line. Order was accurate, tasted fine, and the table was... clean. It did take a little longer than normal, but the wait was acceptable. Easy highway access made it a quick off and on tocontinue our trip. Would stop here again. Also, they have a play place here - which is a rarity in McDonalds lately. Read more
