Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour but never received it. We had to call 4 times before we were issued a refund and still... never got a pizza. They have a very unorganized system but at least the manger was a polite speaker I guess. Read more

Brittany was using profanity and being unprofessional in front of me and she ignored me when I walked in the store. Very rude... and complaining about her coworkers very loudly. They were not busy at all and she hadn't even made my order yet. I canceled itand went somewhere else. Read more

Edit: I emailed the address listed below and received no response. I wasn?t going to write a review, but this is the SECOND bad... experience in less than a few weeks. Experience number 1 took place a couple weeks ago. We ordered a couple pizzas and one orderof lava cakes. It took nearly two hours for our meal to arrive. We had to call the store multiple times and they never oncecared to offer a solution and simply told us it was on the way. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and old looking. We werealso missing the icing ordered for the lava cakes. Then today we ordered one pizza and bread sticks. The food arrived in atimely manner, but it was the wrong pizza! Completely wrong. I called the store to let them know, and they told me they weresending out a new pizza right away to us. Fast forward an hour and no replacement pizza still. I called the store and letBrittney know the situation. She said ?oh which one are you??, implying that this has happened multiple times tonight. She toldme that she could give me a store credit for one pizza. I asked if she could just refund our order for the inconvenience of itall, not just the pizza that we may or may not ever use, and she said no. She offered lava cakes, but then did not put it on ourcredit which she put on file at the store. Pizza only. So, now it?s an hour later, and still no dinner. Just an IOU. If we dodecide to order again, I?ll update this review. I hope to change this to five stars one day. Please just take this asconstructive criticism and not someone trying to bash the store. Hopefully, management will take the steps necessary to correctthese issues. Read more

I order from this Domino?s frequently and have never had any major issues. Minor ones yes, but not a big deal. Tonight, I feel... like an unappreciated customer. I ordered off the app a Brooklyn style Extravaganza. I was brought a small pepperoni andsausage regular crust pizza with no sticker (which is always put on the pizza) by GHULAM. He never rang doorbell, just left iton my front porch. Got pizza and brought it in and saw it wasn?t what I ordered and paid for. I called at 8:31 to report it. I live less than a mile away and he said we can have it ready in 12-15 minutes. I explained I already paid delivery and tippeddriver through the app. He then said he had 4 pizzas in front of mine so at latest it would be 45 minutes. I told him we are afamily of four and we?re hungry from traveling so since we had already waited 45 minutes for the first pizza to pleaseprioritize us. By 9:30 we still had no pizza, the app said Robert left store at 9:06. Obviously the manager on duty did notmake us a priority, especially when we live so close. I called back and was told that they can?t guarantee times. I totallyget this, but when someone screws your order up and the driver leaves at 9:06 and 25 minutes later your pizza still isn?tdelivered when you live two minutes away is unacceptable. I asked what could be done, he refunded me and now we are orderingfrom a different place. I was a great loyal customer. That is the last time I will be spending my money at this location. Disappointing to say the least. Update: I sent an email to the Email listed below from the owner 6 days ago and have had nofeedback. Same type of customer service. Read more
