The service my family and I had tonight 11/22/22, was completely unacceptable. My family and I placed an order for a Detroit... pizza, a medium pizza with ham and pineapple, and brownies . The order was placed at 6:21PM and after waiting almost half anhour with no update? we then get an update that our order will be delivered by DoorDash and delivery time is 8:11PM!!! Two hourslater!!! Then we get the pizzas and they are cold, and made with no sauce. We call the store to complain and get a ?Dave? on thephone who, while trying to explain the situation to him, hangs up on me. He tells me the pizzas are not made with sauce but Iknow that is a lie because I have ordered these multiple times before. I am very upset with my evening and my family and I endedup eating peanut butter and jelly for dinner this evening. Thanks Pizza Hutt! Read more

Pathetic service not to mention every item in the order being wrong. Literally stood there ten minutes waiting to see an... employee. Who looked miserable and just walked outside to his car leaving me standing there. Read more
Awful experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a zero stars option. They refused to accept a coupon expiring 12/31/2022... which THEY published in the Alamance County NC Attractions Guide (see picture). I had used an exact same coupon 3 monthsearlier at this location which they accepted. Today, thay told me "Corporate" changed its mind on accepting the coupon. I paid$20 for the Attractions Guide, a fund raiser, to support my church and have the coupons to use. Thanks to this Pizza Hutlocation, my investment in the guide gave me nothing. To top things off, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the time theysaid online the pizza would be ready. Would highly discourage others from using this location. Read more
I ordered pizza at the Whitsett NC location at 12:23 pm and never received it. I tried calling the store for hours to get my... money back and they never answered. I was unable to drive there hence why I was getting it delivered. Then I tried callingcustomer service but they didn't even answer because they weren't open supposedly. This is not the first time but they convincedme it was a one time deal and it wouldn't happen again. Shame on me for believing them. Read more
I would like to give a shout out to the gentleman working all by himself today because his crew didn?t show up. He was pleasant... and in good spirits when most people would have just quit. That man deserves a raise and some kind of bonus! Pizza Hut was myfirst job so I know how busy and hectic it can get there. Recognize your exceptional employees Pizza Hut. After waiting 10- 15 minutes in drive thru, my pizza was overcooked and cold when I picked it up. Worst pizza I've had in a... long time. I won't go back anytime soon. Try Mimi's Pizza right down the road. A little more $$ but I wasted my money onPizza Hut with this order. Read more
