This 7-11 gave THE WORST customer service I have EVER received! NEVER visit this store. If you can try to avoid it then do it!... Go to the Chevron down Valley View where they're always appreciative of your service. I came into this store to get a drink andwas yelled at because I took a sip before deciding which beverage I wanted to get. I can understand if I were to fill up my cuphalf way and then pour it all out but I literally took 2 gulps worth into my cup, tasted it, then poured it out to refill itwith the same thing to end up buying the drink. The owner yelled at me and started calling me names!!! He didn't want to give meany service because he thought I was Stealing!!! That being said, I looked up corporate services on 7-11's website, "thefranchisees are the backbone of the organization, they are the folks that take care of our guests," Ok well if this is the casethen something needs to be done about this store because all I keep hearing from others is about how poor customer service theygive. They shout at people to get out, they are rude in answering questions that people ask, and they ignore customers. Read more
Enjoy going to 7-Eleven regularly. Cheapest gas prices in the area. Sometimes even cheaper than Arco. They have a great... selection of fresh coffee. Employees are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone. Read more
