Disappointed.. the two ice cream scoops in my sundae were so tiny that the single scoop my daughter ordered was bigger than both... my scoops combined!!! I always get the sundae but today was a huge disappointment. Those scoops were probably smaller than thekid scoop ??????? Read more

Unable to get a taste sample like they normally do I guess because of COVID which does not make much sense to me but the ice... cream fell off my cone and replaced it for free which was nice. Read more

This franchise is owned by a really sweet family. Even the kids that work there are polite, friendly & helpful. Even though... there are 2 B-R locations closer to us, we always go to this store to order our birthday cakes. We've never had any issues thecustomer service is so nice. Read more
