The whole establishment is half way full and it?s still an hour and a half wait. And it?s just me and my two kids. They know it... gets busy on Sundays specially for a Raiders games, it?s their own fault for not adding more waiters to the shift. This place iscool, but horrible if you want to be seated. And it makes it worse when you look around and there?s so many open tables andliterally nobody waiting in the waiting area. I thought i?d save myself time by ordering online and picking up. Took forever to even come and check for my name and order.... goes to the back and over 10 min passes. Get home and my order was wrong. the food taste old, fries were dry. Wedges weremissing Read more
Visited this place today with my co workers to celebrate a birthday, for starters the waiter didn?t offer us water, we waited... more than an hour to get our food after been seated, once we got our food the fries and wings were cold it just didn?t make anysense because the place wasn?t even busy what?s going on?????? Had to update my rating. This is now two weeks in a row I have waited over two hours for food once being seated. I had... originally left a 2 star rating just because the food is excellent but AMAZING wings can?t make up for how bad the customerservice has been. There was ZERO effort put into getting my order right, getting my order put in and brought to me in a timelymanner. I ordered my food an hour after I was seated not even getting drinks before then. Then waiting over an hour and fifteenminutes for my order that wasn?t even correct. It was still great food so I have zero complaints for the cooks. But the staffeither needs to be changed or more staff needs to be added but the lack of service is unacceptable. Read more
This place has really gone down. Quality of food and service is not the same. Table after table left dirty. The outside patio... tables were stacked with dirty dishes. That should have been my red flag to leave. Even the guy that came in after me, said "manwhat happened" "Are they short staffed"? "It so dirty outside" My husband said that the restrooms were disgusting. There was nohostess at the door. Waited about 10 mins until someone came up and it was a guy in plain clothes, did not look like he wantedto be there. We waited 20 minutes and there were tons of booths open. If you wanted a table in the bar area, you were seatedquicker although again tons of booths open. The food was ok. I ordered a side garden salad, it was served on a hot plate. Myplate was warm, so my Salad was warm and got soggy. I couldn't even finish it. We ordered the queso/chili dip. And usually Ithought would come in a dish with chips. That you could scoop up the cheese with. We were served in what looked like a child'sbww cup with some chips around it on a tray. The wings I thought were ok, my husband said they were hard and tasted frozen notfresh. Carrots have been switched from fresh cut to hard baby carrots that were hard we couldn't even eat. Our bill was $60dollars. Crazy. w/o drinks. Maybe they were short staffed idk but definitely not a great experience. Our waitress was nice anddid come back to check on us. The food was pretty decent here. It?s my first time at this location (The other time was in Canada). Went on a Thursday night... where the Dodgers were facing The padres. Customer service was decent. They only had one waitress and that it would take a whilefor food to come out. It took 30 mins for wings and a burger. We had order 15 wings but I?m sure it?s not her fault ? she gaveus 20 wings. It was very busy and understaffed. I dropped a fat tip for her but food was okay. It wasn?t very tasty. Read more
I haven?t been here in a while and for good reason. The food still sucks a year and a half later. I ordered the Buffalo Mac and... cheese and I got Mac and cheese with 4 whole boneless wings on top with almost no sauce. I only gave them 2 stars because themozzarella sticks I also ordered are very tasty and perfectly cooked. Skip the Mac and cheese if you come here. Read more
