This place has the absolute slowest drive thru in America. Horribly slow. Bad customer service. And to top it off the food was... cold and definitely not made fresh. I have low expectations when it comes to fast food restaurants but this place is well belowthe normal. Avoid this place if your in a hurry and want something fresh and hot. Total time in drive thru was 23 minutes. Andthere was only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Unacceptable. Read more

I asked for a low carb double bacon cheeseburger and got one patty with cheese only. I was charged for an item I didn't receive... and furthermore, they are not answering their phone to remedy their mistake (ie. a refund). I waited until I was dropped off athome when I realized the issue which is why I tried calling. It's a 1st world problem I guess, but totally not cool. Read more
Best coupons, consistently good food and menu choices, great prices, outstanding employees, and good speed of order + pickup. I... do have 3 complaints regarding my 5/26 10:30am visit: 1. As customer traffic picked up with a minimal crew, the supervisor onduty never lifted a finger to assist or support them, sitting out in the dining area twiddling his thumbs during the 2 hours Iwas there. 2. The entire dining area needed cleaning. I wiped my own table and seats, something the supervisor watched me doand was well-aware of. 3. The building could use a "face lift" - freshen-up the paint and business logos. Read more

Burger King's food is always so fresh and the location I went to in Pico Rivera they just refurbished the whole building and it... looks great. I had breakfast there and Burger King has great coupons what a deal, I recommend Burger King highly ???? Read more
