Just paid $10 for a cheese burger and coke.... got no cheese on the burger, watered down coke. And these people want $22/hr now?

The drive-thru line was about five cars deep. So my sister I decided to go inside. As I walked in I notice the dining area was... pretty empty. So I figured my food order should be done pretty quick. As I was waiting in-line for someone to take my order noone acknowledged me as everyone walked by the counter. I did lock eyes with a few employees but no one acknowledged me afterwaiting for 5 mins. I this point I decided to take my business across the street at IHOP. where as soon as I walked in I gotseated right away and my food served with in 10min. It's funny how businesses are crying about low sales. But your customerservice is terrible. As of today I will never set foot in your location. Btw here is a photo in how fast IHOP prepared my food. Not good service. They always take so long on giving you your food to dine in. Staff is friendly and respectful but they need to... learn how to expedite and take orders at the same time on the front counter so us customers won?t get mad and have our food ontime and still hot. Read more
