Went there last evening..just to be told they are out of pinto beans. Then they ask if that is okay? The problem with that... question is they are always out of something. Had to take a trip to LA Habra to get what I truly wanted. Mgmt you need to beon top of things to make sure you have everything in stock. I tried to give this location a second chance to see if maybe it would be different but no same nonsense from employees. When my... wife and I came in, there were 5 employees at a corner talking once we stepped in the employee helping us noticed two morepeople walking in and rolls her eyes and says something. As we order we had to say our order multiple times and not only thatevery employee in the back seems to just not care about any customer service. I understand if they don't want to work late orwhatever their excuse is but at this moment they should be grateful to even have a job because due to the pandemic a lot ofpeople are losing their jobs. Can anyone tell me what this chipotle is doing wrong ? The bowls just taste wrong like they don?t have that chipotle flavor to... them. Been coming to this location and rarely do they have full ingredients. Always short on things or running out. This last... experience was it for me. The salad was disgusting. The pics show the extra liquids from everything that should not be at thebottom of a salad. I don't even use the vinaigrette they provide. Don't recommend coming to this location. Poor service. You cantell by the employees lack of urgency and cleanliness of the store as well as lack of ingredients provided to customers. Read more
