For Denny's restaurants, this one I'd have to say is the worst I've been to. The late-night manager was very rude right from the... start. He placed the order incorrectly for a to-go order. Did not wish to admit fault on the order. He also was very strict onhow many coffee creamers and sugars to place into a bag. Like it with food rations.. I would recommend driving a few miles downthe road to go to another Denny's. Read more
I didn't actually eat here, so I dunno what the quality of service or food here would be. 2 stars for the reason I did not eat... here. I was on my way home from LAX and had to drop a duex when I spotted that all familiar sign, DENNYS. Great place tofulfill all my needs. Went straight to the restroom, still anticipating a delicious chicken..."country" fried steak, which is astaple for 5am road trip. Unfortunately, even with multiple signs prominently posted urging employees to wash their hands, therestroom was filthy beyond belief. I've been to cleaner s' houses in Baghdad. .. the toilet seat had tally marks on it; makethat make sense.. anyhow, didn't eat there because the soap dispenser was dryer than lake Mead. Read more
Extremely rude and aggressive customer service. ordered online for pickup and it said food would be ready at 10:41pm. We waited... and kept refreshing the page to see confirmation that our order was ready but none came. I finally entered the restaurant around10:50. They had a sign saying they were short staffed which is understandable so I waited patiently at the counter to be helped.A few minutes later an employee came over and I let her know I was there for an online pick up. I gave her the name and had torepeat it several times as she gave me increasingly exasperated looks. We walked over to the bag and she shoved the receipt inmy face so I could confirm the name, which it took me a second to do because things shoved unceremoniously in my face aredisorienting. I confirmed it was my order and asked how long it had been ready. She said it?s ready. I asked how long it hadbeen sitting there and she repeated that it?s ready. Another employee walked over and I asked again how long it had been readyand he said it?s not up to them, it?s what the people put in the app that he has to go by, to which I showed him my screensaying the order was not ready and said it was my food to which he shrugged. I then asked again how long it had been there andhe said 10-15 minutes. I left because it?s been a long day and I?m exhausted and didn?t want to wait for them to remake it anddidn?t trust that it would be worth the extra 20 minutes of rude ?customer service?. So we get 2 cold soggy sandwiches for $40.Yay. I know Denny?s is not high class dining but I?ve got to be honest, I expected better than this. Read more
Today had the Original Grand Slam Breakfast and Fit Slam Breakfast. They were really understaffed with just a cook, bus boy and... one server but they handle the circumstances in a timely manner. Read more
I'd give it a 0 if I could. 7/29/2021 at 10:45 pm. Gladly offered to open the restroom door for an older man. But when a... woman came in to use restroom 5 minutes later he told her no, only for clients. Lady was in distress he made her go get herfamily out of the car a baby in a carrier included. When they came in he gave them a hard time to open restroom door again.Took him over 10 min. To give them a menu and there are only 4 people in here. I won't come again. Read more
