First time I bought this Pollo bowel and there hardly any chicken. I asked for no rice, there hardly no beans, no juice. I?m... very disappointed. The last couple of visits were disappointing. Today Quality of food prep was more than disappointing. Chicken in my bowl was... more shredded than chunks and stale/ hards & dry ( salty) I actually could not taste the chicken. Lettuce in my Salad was wiltedand looked like half a serving rather than a full serving. Wasted time and money! Dumped the food. Read more
This place always gets my order wrong. Some of the workers are rude. The food taste different worst than other Pollo Locos. I... highly recommend going to other ones. It's worth the drive. Read more
They never ask if you want any condiments such as onions or cilantro, when I asked for the condiments the female who walked in... pulled her mask down and started wiping her nose with her hand and did not wash her hands after. Of course I did not take thecondiments and thankfully the other girl who looked clean served me my food. Read more

Good chicken but turning customers by 2pm .no inside dining just drive thru,..people ????.They we're yelling out the door... (employee) very rude she needs to be trained on customer service no need to yell back at customer. Street tacos are way over priced. The shrimp ones only come with 2 shrimp each inside taco. Taco poorly put together, food... looks depressing! Poor customer service also. The drive through lady gave me a hard time about getting extra salsa. I got aTaco platter plus a chicken avocado burrito and apparently that gets you only one small red and green salsa!
