The drive thru was extremely chaotic, it was a very long wait in the drive thru. 3 cars ahead of me and it took 47 minutes from... the time I ordered my food to when I got my food and was leaving the drive thru. Both the man and the woman that was waiting onme were rude,frazzled ,and generally seemed that they did not want to be there ,I think part of it was you could tell and seethe owner/ general manager were there and they were being corrected about the legnth of time the drive thru was taking and foodquality...our food was wrong and it was even cold when they were handing it to me.but I did not have any confidence they wouldget it right so I just left...I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN ...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...JUST PLAIN HORRIBLE ???? City needs to close this Jack n box down its so dirty inside there's food on floor outside doors haves so many ?? hands prints ,... it smells inside bathroom needs to be clean but DISINFECT ...u can smell the dirtyness. . It's on the floor and tables...The"Manager" shame on you .City should not allowed this to be done with in our community, nor ypu people who live thier !!! Very friendly staff at times. The location needs a huge remodel, plus a crack down on the random stranger that goes into the... bathroom to do drugs. The food is good, never had any real issues. Once in a while I get a staff member that limits the sauceand ketchup like McDonald's. Over all, it's good. Read more
