Best ice cream in town so many flavors
Normally, I am a HUGE fan of this place. But it only takes one bad experience to change everything. I was there today 4/6/22 at... about 5:15. I order two strawberry mango raspados. ?Normally? these come with fruit inside, I also added tajin to both. Theyoung lady that took my order informed me it was going to be an extra charge for tajin. No biggie. As I?m watching a trainee andtrainer make my second one. I notice there is no tajin about halfway through the process. So I nicely ask them hey can you addtajin to this drink. The gentleman that is training gives me a dirty look and he tells the other girl. It?s going to be on top.So I wait till they finish, and ask again at checkout, is there tajin in there. And the gentleman gets rude with me about it. Irefuse to make a scene and I pay for my drinks and leave. But they still charged me for 1 sprinkle of tajin right on top. I knowit doesn?t seem like a big deal but the customer service was bare minimum today. So sad. Read more
Very good spot with great variety of Mexican Ice Cream and delicacies. My favorite butter pecan/nuez.
This is the worst establishment I have ever been to in my entire life! They didn?t want to refund or exchange my order even... though the corn was old and not fresh! Corn is supposed to be soft not hard! I do not recommend this place to anyone! There isa reason why they put signs all over saying try before you buy! Because they know their stuff is not fresh! Who would expectthis type of experience had I known I wouldn?t even step foot in this dirty nasty place. Read more
Very good ice cream. It's super creamy. They have many options, including non dairy. Made with real fruit. I loved it!
