Must have been an unusually busy evening. Pizza came out five minutes after the estimated time. (Est: 8:12~8:17, done at 8:22).... Still rather prompt and very convenient. Love the no-contact system. Read more
This place is more of a party in the back than a place of work. HOT AND READY? When the last time went to this location they... wanted me to wait 37 minutes for some pizza and when I tried to call ahead they never answered, but the staff was kicking backhaving fun running in and out of the kitchen with their apron's on.. the wait was three in front of me but they were so busy inthe back they didn't take our order right away and would go back and shoot the breeze in-between customers. I've seen thispattern in this franchise hiring children to run their business change your logo.. and staff stat Once again I made the mistaketo try and order from this joke of a establishment that refuses to answer phone calls it is easier to walk in and make yourorder there to wait 20 min for a "hot and ready" , this place is ran by incompetent people and train them all to be the same. It's so funny that corporate exist they are as incompetent as all their employees. Read more
Bad customer service, just made my dad wait 25 minutes for a box of pizza and was giving everyone who came in and ordered their... food right away. Cashier girl had a bit of a attitude and also my dad went to let them know after receiving his pizza that hewas missing another item (crazy combo bread) and another guy worker just came and grabbed the pizza and took it to the back forno reason & then came back with both box of pizza and crazy combo. Dad got home and we seen that the pizza looked as if they hadtook off some pepperoni which i dont know why they had to do that. In the picture you can clearly see pepperoni missing.Definitely not satisfied with this experience. Always use to come here and never had this experience until now. Read more
The first time i got a dry very dry pizza it seemed old to me! but i didnt make a big deal. Now i just ordered a 3 meats and a... regular pepperoni pizza and the 3 meats the dough is not cooked and the pepperoni one didnt even look like a pizza at ALL!! Met some cool people here but the workers are already rude. You just opened! What do you have to be rude about? So basically... they hired the wrong kids for this place but what do you expect?
