Serves wasn't up to par!! They were basically out of everything, including bread! How are they called Panera Bread if you don't... have bread, in my opinion they should have just been closed. They worked super slow, workers were just standing around in theback on cell phones, basically only 3 people were working our orders. It took like 35mins for my order to get done. Ridiculous!The soup was cold and blah, really no flavor. Thankfully the manager at least gave me my money back for wanting such a long timebut that wasn't even really want I wanted. I just wanted good, hot soup and great service like they always have. Think twicebefore your come to this location here in the Whittwood Town Center. Read more
App order and pick up is a nightmare here. You will immediately recieve a message saying they are busy...thats fine. But when... you come in prepared to wait, you will wait much longer than dine in customers. You will watch your name pass through themonitor from "prepared" to "ready" without it ever being ready. It will disappear from the monitor prompting you to ask theperson behind the counter only to notice its been sitting on a back counter for 20 minutes. This isnt a one time event. Itrepeats itself. With the unlimited slipping subscription, I visited this location pretty often. It offers standard Panera service and food... options. During meal hours, store will get pretty busy. Then sometimes the coffee pot or the lemonade will be low and need towait for new ones to me made. Read more
Oh, I love Panera bread. Panera bread is one of the places where you get good food good environment with plenty of space to have... your meeting with your clients conveniently, so I will strongly recommend Panera bread over Manny coffee shops to meet friendsor clients. Read more
Went to diner there friday the 13th of May. Not busy but people there, ordered, out of 4 of the soda drinks, the other drinks... where almost gone, dirty dishes on tables, bench missing from one booth, pile of dirty dishes on the trash top, and they wereout of the lettuce stuff for my husbands sandwich, that's the second time we have been there and it's just not picked up andclean. Ordered a whole Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich to go for dinner. It tasted a little weak when I got home. When I pulled the... sandwich apart I saw that they put a very tiny amount of chicken salad on the actual sandwich. I was mainly bread, tomato andlettuce. Guess you have to pull the sandwich apart to ensure you actually get what you ordered at this location. Read more
One of the best Paneras in the area. Consistently good quality food and good service, save for a few screw ups with their system... when I was picking up Doordash orders from them. I'm sure that those have been rectified by now. Read more
