What a fantastic place just off the main street of uptown Whittier. Excellent tapas menu with generous portions and a full page... of options from basic to complex. Spain/Mexico fusion vibe and menu. My friend brought me here for my birthday. She had never been there before and loved it. We ordered the skirt steak - cooked to... perfection topped with an amazing spicy chimichurri and creamy sauce. Our sides consisted of mac and cheese (probably wouldn?torder again even though it wasn?t bad), and corn esquites. Very good but what made our meal was the grilled bone marrow rajaswith grilled bread. Phenomenal! All in all, it was an enjoyable evening accompanied by exquisite food. Really delicious food and a lot to choose from. My girlfriend and I had trouble picking items to eat because everything sounded... amazing but I will say that everything we ended up ordering was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I will be coming backhere. Update: stopped here again a 2 years later and the food is still amazing. This time we had a party of 4 and I'll saythese plates were designed for only 2 people. Make sure to double your order if eating with more than 2. The bone marrow iscrazy good, but we also had the fish, burger, tacos, mushrooms and a few other things. A+ Read more

I loved it. The food was delicious, full of flavor! We got the pork belly taco, chile relleno (not like your traditional Mexican... style that is fried with breading but still tasty with that walnut cream sauce), paella and asparagus. I loved it all and can'twait to go back and try more of their items because it was seriously a struggle to decide what to order since everything on themenu sounded so good. Read more
Phlight had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious! Nice place to have a light dinner and a glass of wine with friends or... significant other. I recommend the Bacon wrapped dates (amazing!) and the cheese platter. I also had a phlight of wine. Theygive you 3 to 6 3oz servings. Great way to try out the different wines they serve. Oh, let me not forget, the Pork Bellytacos.... wow! Must try! Read more
Great experience here. Haven't been back in many years. They have a DJ and it was a full house that night! Elaborate menu of... tapa dishes. I noticed a lot of monchego cheese used in at least 1/3rd of their menu. Ordered the bone marrow(Not enoughmarrow!), grilled octopus, albondigas, bacon wrapped monchego cheese filled dates, and probably another dish but I cannotremember! The best was the dates and grilled octopus!! Octopus was perfectly grilled and tender. I wish there was more!Unfortunately, I was too busy enjoying the ambience and food that I took no photos. Bad me! I'll have to come backagain! Service was great. Discovered a malbec that was pretty good! Free parking across the street in the garage and there aresurrounding public lots and street parking as well. The ambience was lovely. Great spot for a date gentlemen! Keep that in mindhehe. Read more
