Why did my chocolate drink taste like the fruity drinks? (Maybe dragon fruit) Someone didn't clean their equipment ????
Friendly service, great coffee. Clean facilities, well taken care of. A bit crowded but it's a coffee shop. A little pricey but... you get what you pay for. Very relaxing, mellow vibe walking into the shop. The employees are very friendly, helpful. Note: thisStarbucks does not have a drive thru. So wait times are not as long as ones with drive thru's, always a plus. Clean area, nicespot for a coffee shop. Read more
Good style? the usual one when I am around Whittier. Parking just in front. Parking lot also near by.

I mobile ordered espresso shots on ice. When I got there, they said they were just barely making it. When they actually gave me... the cup, it was completely full which is not an espresso on ice but instead it was an Americano. When I asked them to make mydrink correctly, the barista behind the counter was making a lot of negative comments about me saying I don't know what Iordered and saying how dumb I was. Obviously I know the difference by sight because I order both of them frequently. She reallyneeds to learn a lot about customer service and how to treat Starbucks patrons. Read more
I like this Starbucks it's staff is great and the conditioning is usually very well. I wish they would bring out the outside... tables again but that's okay! This Starbucks is my favorite to hang out at. Read more
This is the first time I go to a Starbucks and the outlets are covered. I stopped by to get a bit to eat and get some work done... for about 1 hour before my hair appointment. I ordered my food, found a table and ? Well to my surprise I couldn?t charge mylaptop cause there is not a single outlet that can be used. I asked the lady and she said ?we used to have them but no more?really? That?s the only reason I go to Starbucks and seat down. I don?t even need the free wifi. All I wanted to connect mylaptop since I ran out of battery. I feel I got cheated. What a disappointment. Read more
