It was 9pm and they closed at 10pm, I asked if I can use the restroom and the manager told me I couldn't because he had just... cleaned the restroom, I just about begged him because I had to go very badly, and he coldly refused and told me to go toWingstop across the street. So now I have decided not to ever buy Starbucks coffee again. Read more

Sometimes during the weekend it can be crowded otherwise it's a nice coffee place to do your work.

This Starbucks used to be nice and now its awful. The person who took my order, i was told, her name is Gloria. She seemed rude... and as if taking my drive thru order was an inconvenience to her. Seemed like she really didn't want to be there and seemedupset. Also felt a little rushed and looks as if she treats her coworkers poorly. Read more

Frank is a great employee! He is so nice and helpful. This isn't my first encounter with him so whenever he helps me, it's... always a pleasure! He is very patient and detailed whenever i have questions! I appreciate him and his help. Read more

Nothing special here. I gave it an extra star because every time I go the drive thru is never busy. This location has made... several mistakes with my stars redemption. I always order the iced matcha green tea latte. The parking is a headache. Just parkon Beverly Blvd and walk up to the window. Prices are making me consider other options. Read more

My experience at this location has been awful and I owe it all to a guy who works there and is named Frank. At least that?s... what I was told that was his name. He is a tall skinny guy who is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers. I used togo there regularly but after many encounters with Frank I stopped going to that Starbucks, in fact all Starbucks in general. Iwent from a regular customer to a never customer. Read more

Drove past this place and figured I would stop by on the way back. It is basically one of the kiosk-box type stores with seating... outside only. It was wet and raining so not a good place to hang out. Where to place an order was confusing as it seemed thisplace was more suited to cater to the drive thru. I stood next to the window which may have been where I could order but theemployees inside just looked at me and never approached me. I decided to order on mobile but receiving my order took forever(despite there being no patrons and no cars in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes). The conversation the staff was having must have been a good one. Read more
