Probably one of the worst drive thru any Starbucks might have. You will have cars struggling to get out or come into the plaza... wether or not they?re trying to get to Starbucks. The line curves out into traffic so people who have been waiting on theparking lot side will be getting cut off by cars coming into the plaza. It?s inevitable. I literally waited about 42 min in lineto get some tea ( yes I wanted to get out but was unable to due to how the line is set up) Not worth it. You?re better offusing the app and ordering ahead at this location, but even so, the app will show most of their menu items are out of stock,which they?re not. If you have time and really are craving Starbucks, head on inside to order, that?s if there is not a massiveline of cars in the drive through already. The young man that took my order was courteous. I really wanted something refreshing and the girl at the drive thru was so helpful in suggesting a drink and it was delicious!!
The inside of this starbucks is clean and nice. Good place to hang out to relax. The drive thru can get a little busy, but what... starbucks isn't. Good service at the drive thru and inside as well. Parking is bad because of it shares with the drive thru.Might have to park away towards parking lot and walk up. Read more

Me & my Aunt really like this Starbucks, the drinks are good but sometimes we order something and they don't always have the... ingredients. But what we really like is the person taking our order. He is male, very helpful polite and funny. He knows allthe drinks, what's in them and if they are good. This is on Whittier Blvd and Broadway in Whittier. Read more
For it being morning they were super quick. I was truly impressed by how up beat they are. I canceled one of my drinks last... minute and they were awesome about canceling it out, all I have to say is...BRAVO. Excellent customer service. Plus it?s in thesame shopping center as my job ?? Read more
Consistently good coffee ? The wait is usually not bad considering the traffic they are handling.
The place is nice, inside is better with great workers. I just don't recommend to use the drive thru in the morning. Is a big... line of cars. It took me like 30 minutes to get my ? coffee and the drive thru. Read more
