My girlfriend went and placed and order they charged us for a complete extra meal we didn?t even order. We didn?t receive the... drink and fries and there was and extra burger. We returned the burger and still wouldn?t refund us for the combo only for theburger. For a combo we didn?t even place. We usually go to The Habit at least 3 times a month and it is usually very good. But my boyfriend and I went to the South... Pasadena location lastnight and ordered our usual grilled char Cheeseburger. When he was eating his he looked at it real goodand realized there was something infused with his meat...he pulled it out and it was a piece of blue plastic. We took a pic. We went to get the usual Impossible cheeseburger with grilled onions earlier this evening. We hadn't eaten all day, but didn't... mind the 15 min drive since we were excited about the burgers. We arrived, were greeted promptly and had our order politelytaken. As we were dining in, we sat at a table about fifteen feet away from the cashier. Accompanied with the pager, we waitednearly fifteen minutes for our order. The order was ready and sitting atop the shelf, but we were not notified. After noticingan order idly sitting for a while, I walked to the cashier to check if it was ours. The pager didn't even vibrate until I washanded my, now cold, food. Although my hunger was met, the food was cold and not as enjoyable as intended nor anticipated. Inthe future, maybe a 2-minute system of verifying each order has been picked up could be implemented to rectify this issue. Read more

Hands down some of the BEST veggie burgers I have tried in the area. Being vegan is hard. And some places don't even make an... effort to make their veggie burgers taste good. This place on the other hand slaps. Definitely my go to if I'm in the mood for aburger. Read more

I love this wonderful burger restaurant in the Whittwood Mall where I used to live at Ravello and come with the community group... from Progressive Resources back in the old days. I enjoy the chicken club sandwich combo meal the best. Read more
