THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE MILD, BUT ITS ALL OIL AND NO FLAVOR! APPARENTLY THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO LOOK, AFTER BEING FRIED. I'ma. Wings person but this place has got to get better staff the food is good but lacks personality when everyone is always in... a bad mood .. your are met with attitude. Like a long face or that I'm over it look isn't what any consumer wants or has tosee. There is a serious problem there , idk if it's management that makes every single one of their employees hate their job ,but there has never been once that I ordered from or went in to order that I didn't become upset just walking in. A real pointof advise is revise the people you have their teach them manners and customer service because there was even a time I had tocall the manager because her employee wanted to fight and was screaming while the rest of the customers pointed out that she wasAlways a problem. Consistent quality and service. Not the best wings I've tried, but they're good for the price and convenience. I like their... original classic wings. Lemon pepper is good too. Not a fan of the Louisiana dry rub. Read more
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE By Host: Giselle. This is my first time at this place. BTW, this place it was well recommended. However... my experience it was the meanest I?ve ever had compare to other restaurants. I was trying to take a look on the menu becauselike I said this is my first time ever at this restaurant and she was so mean and verbally rushing me (are you ready? Do youknow what do you want?/ what else/ what else/ ) and giving me attitude and her body language was very rude by acting like?Ugg!? I hope the owner or manager/supervisor take care of this matter and conduct a better training to prevent thisunacceptable customer service. FYI, they took almost an hr. to give us our order. Man whatever you do avoid this Wingstop. I mean I?ve never had any bad experiences with Wingstop in the past but for some reason... the food and waiting time here is awful. What makes it worse is that when you finally do get the food it?s under seasoned andhas barely any sauce. The lemon pepper fries tasted like microwave fries straight from the 99 cent store again with mild to notaste with like a chalky texture. I mean I could?ve just gotten a bad batch but honestly I?ll just be heading to Pizza Hut formy wings cravings cause they treat you right. Read more
I?m not one to do any reviews, but man this place is absolutely disgusting. Trash on every table, took about 3 minutes for... anyone to show face and it?s obvious that this Wing-stop is under terrible management.
