I?ve come here 2 separate times. The first time they forgot part of my order. The amount of fries in the regular size fries were... much smaller in comparison to any other Wings stop I?ve gone to. The second time, order large fries and it was the size of whatthe regular is suppose to be. Also ordered blue cheese which was watery like ranch and tasted nothing like it was supposeto. Honestly in comparison to other locations this one is terrible. Read more

Ordered online on 9/5/2022 received a call back saying the were out of classic and my order would be cancelled so it was I would... receive my refund within 10 days it took 3 phone calls to get that information and now it's been 14 work days and no refund. What a joke and per manager whom I last spoke to stated owners were there and to wait till Monday. So here we are on the 14thday (Friday) 9/23/2022 still no refund?????? Never again will I purchase from this place. Read more

It's really slow, very slow. Food worth more than ten yuan can make people wait for more than 30 minutes. I'm really surprised,

So I did a phone order today and my friend ordered for me, the girl who took the order was very impatient and rude. She kept... rushing through the order so much it made my friend not even want to order any for himself. Cashier was friendly and nice.My problem is with this restaurants manager,his name Daniel in store #1979..after patiently... waiting 50 minutes for my order,I went to the counter and asked if my wings where Parmesan because they looked like regularwings with no Parmesan on them,he stated that they probably forgot to put the Parmesan on it cause it?s a new cook,(withattitude and looking at me like I?m bothering him),I approached him about my cheese fries being wrong he said nope it says righthere you ordered it,I?m telling him I didn?t,the cashier must?ve missed heard me,he said fine and slammed them into to trashwith an attitude?his whole attitude since approaching the counter was awful,and disrespectful,he should not be in customerservice at all.After paying $56 for my order I should have the right to question if it was correct without management giving attitude?Gave one star because I had no choice. Didn't have a good experience. Took too long and they gave us an incomplete order. When we asked for the rest of the order, the... manager came to our table to make sure that we're not lying. We are dining and he walked to our table to search our bag. Thenthat's when he gave us our wings. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get our order. Read more

Visiting to get thighs, they had a tiny paper printed menu of their thigh meals on the wall that you had to lean over the... counter to see. Rang me up and then a worker came over to say they discontinued the thighs. I explained that they should removethat menu from customers view and she just laughed. I decided on some wings instead and another worker came out and said "wewould have gave you the thighs, but the ones we have are expired"...not a good thing to tell your customers...thighstop? Betterrename it to why stop. Read more
