I was not impressed they didn't even have good flavors. And than they didn't have a self serve toppings.. And the girls working... were rude. I mean I asked for Strawberries she gave me 5. I asked for toffee she gave me barely a spoonful, asked for coconutsame thing. I had to ask for more... and than she became rude a dumped the coconut.. Even tho they only had like 5-7 flavors available (plain, sorbet, strawberry, chocolate, cookies and cream, and 2 I've cream... flavors), I appreciated that it was clean, masks were required, and it wasn't a self-serve topping station. This location has one seriously disturbed employee. I've been frequenting this location for 4 months and always received... excellent service, except with this one employee who I have only begin seeing for about the last month (assuming she's new?). She always meanders from the backroom as if you're an interruption. Never smiles, greets, says thank you for visiting them. She whispers so you can't hear and then acts all put out when you ask her to repeat what she said. Today was the last straw whenwhile making my purchase I asked a simple question about one of the products and she completely flips out and begins to verballyattack me for no reason. This person absolutely should not be dealing with the public. If she acts this way with an adult, Iwould hate to see her interaction with children. This is definitely not a family friendly location.
