As an authentic Japanese , I would say soup was ok. But noodle was prepared by pulling out much too early. It's too "al... dente" . I believe they aren't clearly distinguish between preparing noodle for delivery purposes and in store purposes . Also noted that Tonkotsu ramen should be consists Tonkotsu ramen noodle with Tonkotsu soup. Tonkotsu noodle is made with wheat power with Tonkotsu bone powers with brine water. So the customers can supply calciums into the body . What I got wasregular ramen noodles ( made with wheat powder with brine water ) with Tonkotsu soup. That's not really called Tonkotsu ramenin overall . I guess so many Chinese people and Korean people trying to pretend as Japanese and doing businesses in U.S. charging things as Japanese goods and cuisine but actually prepareed half a$$ levels . Selling stuff that is not really ableto call it Japanese food or call themselves as Japanese. This is significant sign of what they pretending as to be... Fake . Read more

Solid ramen experience at this branch of the ramen chain. Ordered the spicy miso ramen with an asahi beer and the food came out... promptly and staff was attentive and friendly. The soup was thick and delicious, the chashu was very flavorful, and the toppingvariety was nice. Read more

Honestly was disappointed with the food. The spicy bowl had this sweet taste to it and the ramen was not as soft as I expected.... Pork was good but overall don't think I would come back again. Read more

We finally tried out this close to home Restaurant. There were plenty of restaurants in this small strip mall on Laurel street... which also conveniently next to Whittier Shopping Mall. From the outside look in, don't let this simple restaurant fool you, itlooked normal like other restaurants in the area, but when inside this restaurant looked much cleaner, better and welcoming.Well organized and looked simple but beautiful. We ordered the Spicy Tuna bowl and Spicy Miso Ramen. They were very deliciousand tasted good. The broth and spiciness came together to bring up the enjoyment of Ramen. Tuna bowl was also very good withsweet ginger and avocados. We have really enjoyed it and especially the vibes were excellent. Services were fast, friendly andhighly professional. The server was very helpful and courteous with one on one service. Will be back for sure to this place anddon't forget to try out their excellent ice creams. Read more
