Wrost sub i ever had. Quality of items are really bed And messy presentation. Don't even know how to pack it.
I Picked up 3 Subs Friday night via an online order. I got home to find my sub was made with all the wrong toppings. It was... the toppings that was ordered on one of the other subs. Being a half hour away from the sub shop, I did not return, but insteadate the Sub as it was. Not much choice. I decided to call the store. The person that actually made my sub talked to me. Iexplained to her that my sub had the incorrect toppings. The toppings on the bill were correct. The Sub was not. So sheproceeded to say that she personally made it, and made it CORRECTLY... I responded to her that she did not, explaining whatwas incorrect. She again stated that she did not make the sub incorrectly. This repeated several times... with a smugattitude. She told me to bring back the Sub and they would remake it. I told her that I had ate it, because I did not havemuch of a choice, as I did not want an hour of travel, there and back, to correct their error. She then said there was nothingshe can do. There was no 'Evidence'... She basically had called me a liar, telling me repeatedly that she did not make itincorrectly. Very unprofessional and just down right rude.
