Super busy location! 2 long lines for drive thru! always long lines inside too. Washrooms are pretty clean and service is always... quick and friendly, but it's always very busy as now that plaza is shared with a large grocery store too. And there's no turningleft back to the road from the plaza anymore, which is inconvenient. Read more
Probably the best Tim Hortons I?ve been to in Ontario. Staff were kind and attentive. We were rushing to get home and stopped... through drivethru for some breakfast and drinks. I have never been through a Tim Hortons drivethru and left with everything Iorder and perfectly done like I did when leaving this Tim Hortons. You guys are great! Read more
Came in Sept. 12th around lunch. Good food, but they had forgot our bagel and in return we were treated with unprofessionalism... and rudeness among the staff. The lady with the yellow hair was especially rude and we were met with sass and disrespect when wekindly asked for the missing bagel from our meal, seems she was never taught to be proper Read more
One of the best tim Horton's I've been too in Ontario. Driving back from Tobermory late at night and stopped for some coffee and... snacks. Staff were attentive to a complicated order and showed great attention to detail providing substitutions. Donuts werestill fresh and delicious, even at a late hour Staff showed great customer service and were considerate. Clearly locals whotake pride in their work. Read more

Although the staff was not attentive, I like this place. First time when we went to Tobermory we stopped at this Tim Horton... location and I just fell in love with this little town Wiarton. Again last month when we were on our way to Tobermory stopped atthis exact Tim Hortons and enjoyed our time having breakfast and buying some stuff in the Food World there. Read more
Waited 20 mins for my order. (13 people working). My black large was missing from order. So I mention it to the girls and... they say sorry you didn?t pay for a large black. So I went home and made a maxwell house, It was 1000 times better thanTim Hortons coffee. Incredible levels of incompetence at this location. Read more
