If this would have been my first trip to Andy's, it would have also been my last. They were slow (took 20 mins to get our ice... cream), unorganized (people who were there before us still didn't have ice cream when we left, and several people had to taketheir ice cream back after having it served for it not being right), not polite (I had the little window thing shut on me midsentence 3 times while trying to tell them they forgot something from my order), and the quality is not what I have experiencedelsewhere. In the attached picture is my large ice cream cup that is only 3/4 full. I paid for a large, but honestly would havegotten more ice cream had I gotten a medium and they filled it like I watched other cups come out (filled with ice cream overthe top). Nothing about this visit was a good experience or would make me want to give Andy's another chance. Read more
Service was 4 of 5 stars (the employees were kind, polite, and decently helpful but nothing over the top); the shakes were 4 of... 5 stars (nothing fancy, they didn't seem to be anything special, but at least it was mostly drinkable through the strawsprovided unlike a Sonic shake); the menu was 3 of 5 stars (no options that stood out to me, and the menu doesn't specify howmany ounces each size is. It also seemed that a "regular" of one option was of different than a "regular" of a different optionfor example); the prices are 1 of 5 stars (everything seemed overpriced for what we got). I have to be honest, today?s trip to Andy?s was a bit disappointing. I ordered the vanilla, caramel and pretzel concrete, it... had very little caramel and pretzels in it. My husband had a vanilla, blueberry and waffle cone concrete and LOVED it! We willkeep going as the Strawberry ???? pecan vanilla concrete is fabulous ???? Read more
Pretty tasty! A warning to those who have never been, it's drive through and outside seating only. And the cost is a bit higher... than I normally do for ice cream, but it was super tasty. Read more
Absolutely delicious frozen custard. I had a plain cone and it was great. The kids had sundaes and loved those. I don't think... you can go wrong with anything at Andy's. They were very busy this night, but they were quick. Read more
We have slowly stopped visiting the east location due to inconsistency - our orders are usually wrong or not mixed properly. My... small $7 pumpkin concrete was straight vanilla ice cream with pumpkin sprinkled on top? Such a disappointment. Read more
