Meh! When I went to Denver, there was this really cute bagel place there and the food was amazing! So I never had Bagel Haus and... was excited to try it and get another amazing bagel. I ordered a Make My Day on an Everything Bagel. It was okay, the bagel washard and because of that it was hard to eat. Also, there was not enough cream cheese so the bagel was dry?. I ended up justpicking the egg and sausage off the bagel and eating that instead. It?s disappointing that the bagel wasn?t good since it?s abagel joint. I?m willing to try other flavors/combinations. Paid $16 for two beagles with no sausage that are clearly supposed to have sausage according to the menu. Not impressed
Had a pleasant conversation with the woman there today. Was a nice start to my morning. Bagels are the perfect texture. So good.... Coffee was very good as well. Highly recommend! Read more
Had Bagel Haus for the first time this morning. Wasn't overly impressed with the bagel sandwich. I got a Rise & Shine on... Cinnamon Raisin. Bagel had way too much cream cheese on it to the point I had to scrap some off. The bagel itself had maybe 5raisins in it and wasn't sweet at all. I was hoping for a little more of a savory and sweet mix. Decent bagel overall, butprobably wouldn't go out of my way to one in the future. Read more
Today was my first time visiting Bagel Haus. It was a pretty disappointing experience. Yeah they're locally owned, that's great.... But my customer experience was less than enjoyable. The lady working the drive through was obviously irritated after I misheardher question and was quite snotty when she had to repeat herself. Also, good luck finding the cream cheese on your bagel. Beforewarned, the wonderful looking pictures of their Rise and Shine bagel look far from what I received. After reading otherreviews, wonder how many people have to complain about the woman working the drive through before that situation is fixed.Remember who is paying your bills ma'am. It's your customers. Some gratitude goes a long way. Read more
Friendly bright bagel shop. The only real bagel shop in Wichita. Panera bread doesn't really count as a true bagel shop in my... mind. Being from the West Coast, I am very familiar with great bagel shops, this one is fantastic. Traditionally boiled bagelsin multiple flavors. The bagel-wiches run $6 each, but they are excellent. You can even get a bagel with lox (East Coasters,come and get it!). I have been living in Wichita for a long time, wishing for a place like this. This was my third time coming back, wanted to make sure I gave it a few tries before posting a review. Long story short, bakers... haus makes the best bagels I?ve ever had and getting the lox is my new Saturday ritual. This last time I had the pleasure ofmeeting the owner, Amanda. I spoke with her about what kind of bagel taste best with the type of toppings I was getting. She,like every other worker I?ve had the pleasure of talking to, was very helpful and went so far as to include an additional bagelflavor to try. I will absolutely be coming back and I urge anyone in wichita, west or east, to stop in and try Bakers Haus!
