I LOVE the cappuccino blast with whipped cream and cinnamon! Got hooked on them in Chicago, now they are a treat to have!! ????
Generally speaking, my family and I enjoy baskin- robins. Today was a sour experience. My initial take on todays experience is... that this location is struggling. Their profits are falling and they can not afford samples anymore and are using covid as anexcuse. Prior to today I haven?t had an issue with samples. Also, if covid was a concern, both employees would be wearing theirmasks. Only the young man working today (who is always pleasant) was wearing his mask. The female employee on the other hand?shewas not wearing one. She was also kind of rude about the samples. As opposed to verbally saying something, she simply pointed toa sign? I have been to this location many times in the last couple months and never had them say no to a sample. I also was abit irritated that my daughters ice cream cone was poorly scooped. The ice cream fell off in only a few minutes. I don?t usuallyhave this issue. I just don?t for see us coming back. I really like the young man that works there. He is great! Watched an entire sports team of 30 middle schoolers plus parents exit the shop (all in there at the same time) NOT ONE WEARING... MASKS. The worker refused to take my order because I didn?t have a mask on to order. I didn?t have one and was holding my 3 yearold and promised him he could have ice cream, but she didn?t care and actually started ignoring me. Then she said I could go inthe drive thru if I didn?t like it (we walked there). Hope you as an ice cream shop are happy you made a 3 year old cry.Ridiculous. Read more
The staff was friendly and allowed us to taste so many ice cream flavors. I loved the open and very lit environment. Their... caramel macchiato is the best flavor, but there are so many to choose from. They also take cake orders. I'd love it if theyplace was a but bigger with booths. Read more
