They were busy, but we stood at the counter trying to order ice cream while 4 other employees were all working on ice cream for... drive through orders. It has a Different (and Unique Store Layout)than the Braum's Location that I'm familiar with in Derby. It's a Completely... different Vibe. It feels more Comfortable and Open. The Customer Service Experience was Terrific. I'd hope that if the DerbyLocation ever considered a Remodel,that it would base it off this Braum's Location. Read more

I've been ordering the same cookies n cream malt since I was 7 years old and have never been disappointed at any Braum's store.... Burgers are great too, always fresh and tasty. Combos are easily worth the extra buck over McBurgerland etc, and they dontupcharge to substitute milkshakes. Great hometown experience and always friendly staff make it hard to pass one by anywhere Isee one on the road. Thanks everyone keep up the great standard of service! Read more
Had to stop and get a couple of banana splits. The girl was very nice and polite. She made an awesome pair of banana splits. The... only thing I would suggest would be to lighten up on the nuts, because they were on there pretty heavy. Read more
Great ice cream place! Every year me and some family stays in the hotel near this store. We love it! The burgers and fries are... on point, the ice cream flavors are wonderful (recommend peanut butter cup), and the fresh market is a nice addition! 5/5 stars,the employees are also very nice and the store is decorated and clean.
