I've shopped there for years now. I'm on a friendly basis with a couple of employees. Most of my purchasing is from the Market... area. Bread, milk, eggs are just some of what I buy as staples in my house. Because of the sloppy way the Market area is runwhen both of the regular employees are off, I cannot, in truth, give out a 5 star rating. Customer service is terrible. The manager threatened me with the police bc I had my puppy with me. I asked an employee prior to... entering if it was OK to which she advised it was. I sat by the door so that he wouldn't be a bother to anyone but the managermade a big deal and kicked us out. She refused to give us our order we already paid for and although the food was ready she madeher employee refund us and made us leave. Aside from that their burgers are really good and their bag of burgers for $5.55 (Ithink) is a good deal for families on a budget just leave the pooch at home. Read more

Never take for granted the social constructs of decades past. I sure enjoy ice cream shops like braums. They have fantastic old... fashioned style burgers and fries at fair prices. This particular visit I had a treat of pure indulgence. A waffle cone with adouble scoop of sopallia cheesecake ice cream. Too sweet? Absolutely, and I loved it intensely. This is the worst location I?ve ever been to. Super dirty, rude, never get your order right. Was refused a container for my... large yogurt waffle cones because water cups are the only thing they?ll give you without charging you for a sundae when you askfor a sundae dish, which they?ve offered me before, and the large cones don?t fit in water cups (the crew members? words). Sothey took their full waffle cones back as I?m not going to try to drive holding multiple cones -one of the rudest experiencesI?ve had there, but one of MANY. The two girls talked smack to me as I walked out the door. I will NEVER give this location mybusiness again. I was an ANM at a Tulsa location for several years and the GM and DM would never have allowed our location to bethis dirty. Pawnee store food was good. Did take a little while for order to be ready but was fresh when finally received. It was near... closing time and most of staff trying to go home but one employee went above and beyond and was extremely friendly andeffective. He deserves a raise. Too bad I didn't catch his name. But good place to eat on budget. Read more
