After a 9 hour shift this was a disappointing end to our day. My coworkers and I just wanted some food. At the beginning we... weren't even given menu until we asked for One, and even then she only gave us one, there were three of us. One of my friends'food was 50% just fat and she had asked for ranch TWICE. Still never got the ranch no matter how we kept trying to give them ahint or ask for ranch. Then she got charged for ranch but my other friend and I weren't charged. I could be wrong about theranch but it's very upsetting. I believe our server was Ashley, she works at the bar. She sat on her phone the entire time wewere there while we were barely served. We got the absolute bare minimum; having our food ordered, delivered, paid for, andthat's it. I had traditional dry rub wings which came out hot. My wife had boneless which were not hot, just warm. The service was good but... we'd much rather the food be cooked to order and served hot rather than quick and just warm. Read more
Day shift here sucks, I enjoy coming at night with the night shift employees, they seem to be more in control and don't look... like they're overwhelmed like the day shift does. Wait time is less, food comes out faster. And employees overall have a betterattitude Read more
My son, my friend and myself went there yesterday to watch the early football games. Had a fantastic time!! Food was great!! We... got our bill and paid half in cash and half on my friends card. Plus left a really good tip!!! She called me today and said shewas charged twice on her card. She informed the restaurant and was told that SHE would have to let them know in a day or two ifit was fixed??? Read more
We didnt wait that much to get seated, but when we did the waitress Soldedad walked by us like 5 times, didnt acknowledge us and... when she finally came by seemed like she was mad, we placed our drink orders, appetizers and main dish order, thats how long ittook for her to come to our table. Once our food came out it was COLD, wings barely had any sauce, we didnt even finish thembecause how dry the were. Everything was so cold our baby could eat it right off the plate, no need to cool down a bit. Didntask us how our food was, when my husband beer was empty she finally came by to ask if he wanted another. She had the tablebehind us and seemed like they were having problems with her too. Manager came out to another table that was also complainingabout the food and the fact that the waitress was no where to be found. Took us 10-15 minutes to finally get our bill and runout of there. Went there earlier for dinner, seated ourselves in the bar section. Which did not appear to be busy. Waitress took our order,... and then was apparently to busy to be bothered, and seemed inconvenienced when asked for a straw or anything for that matter.But apparently not to busy to hug and hang out with what I presume was her boyfriend, who showed up shortly after we did atanother table. Got our appetizer, the queso and chips, which were tortilla chips and queso in what appeared to be a child'sdrinking cup, which was cold and had a skin across the top, yum! We tried to ask about our appetizer, but apparently we wereinterrupting time with the guy who I guess was her boyfriend? As, before we could say anything after getting her attention, sheshot us a cold stare and told us, "Your food will be out soon" and went back to being all smiles with her friend. Our food didcome, it was gross and over priced. ... If you've read this far, here's my suggestion: Don't go here. There's lots of placesaround this Buffalo wild wings, there's a Logan's Roadhouse right across the street. We should have gone there. Stood there with my kids, 1 toddler one in a car seat and my 8 year old for a few minutes. Had about 5 employees all look at me... and just continued there conversation. No one asked if we been helped, no one greeted us. Just didn't feel very welcoming so wejust left. Read more
