I ordered ahead on app. Got to restaurant there was 1 person at the drive through. From the time of arrival to food was 20... minutes. 20 minutes in a drive through. The hamburger was a complete mess. It was a Jr. Bacon bar b que sandwich. I think mostof the sauce was on the outside of burger. It was thrown together, but what waiting 20 minutes should look like. We purchase the impossible products from burger king as we don't eat beef. There's been at least three times I ordered them on... the app only to show up and have them tell us they DIDN'T HAVE ANY. Then they couldn't refund my money either...I had to callsome number to get a refund. They refunded me within minutes but it was weird that the store couldn't do that directly. Anothertime we ordered online and their ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned or something so they had to substitute apie. The last time we went we ordered through the app, which works just fine at other locations. We pulled up and they told usto hang on a minute, they kept telling us this for like ten minutes. Then we told them we had a mobile order so they said topull up to the window. We did and proceeded to wait ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES. At first the guy couldn't find our order, then oncehe finally did we had to wait that long idk why. He said they had just been swamped but there wasn't a single car in thatparking lot.... Also the guy running the drive through looked dirty with long hair that was messy and loose looking. It's ashame because this location is convenient for us. They're kinda rude too I've called a couple times to ask if they have theimpossible burger and they are just rude, that's if they even pick up. Read more
Burger King is one of my fast food favorite places to eat, especially when I'm extremely tired to cook. Their food are... delicious and seems very fresh. Of course, the issue I have going to this very location is the people that work there. Few ofthem lack good sense of costumer care & services. Some of them don't care or passionate about their job. When you request forfresh fries, they would give you old fries & don't even care about your feelings. The most painful thing they always do isthat they would lie about it & don't even care if you would come. They lie with impunity & don't care about the outcome! Myearnest suggestion is who ever the manager is needs to investigate those bad actors in that place & make some adjustment andmost importantly, give them opportunity to change their unreasonable behavior, if they refused to change, they should be firedimmediately with no hesitation! I ordered 1 thing. A southwestern whopper with no lettuce. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, though there was only 1 car in... front of me. They were gone within 5 of those minutes. I got home, and of course there was old gross lettuce on my whopper. If Icould give less than 1 star I would. Don't eat here. Read more
We never go to BK anymore. Gave them a chance in the AM. The tables were dirty. There was no workers to be seen. When they did... appear, it was just two people. One worker mentioned being there from morning shift until 10 pm for her shift. Could gage theyare short staffed, which is why they didn?t clean the lobby yet. Felt bad, but also felt gross, not because of the workers persay, but the idea of if they are short staffed, how much is being looked over? Read more
They completely messed up both our orders, the chicken was as hard as a hockey puck. I took one bite of my sandwich and couldn?t... even bite all the way threw it. I had to throw the whole thing away. When I called to tell them (10 minutes after leaving thedrive through) the guy remembered making our orders and even admitted to messing them up, refused to do anything to make thesituation better, refund, or some kind of coupon. Crew was friendly. Ordered online, picked up at drive through. Waited about 5 minutes to get the order. Food was fresh and hot... which is the most important thing to me! Read more
