The people were very friendly but the person at the register took 7-8 minutes (including calling her manager at home) just to... enter my bacon cheeseburger correctly because I didn't want a bun, and mustard and pickles on the side. Period. Really a verysimple order. All she had to do was turn around and tell the person making it "no bun, mustard and pickles on the side" sinceshe couldn't figure out how to enter it on the computer. It was then slathered with mustard so they remade it - with a LOT ofKETCHUP all over it, mustard and pickles on the side. That burger doesn't even come with ketchup but for some reason, shedecided to put ketchup on it. I didn't want ketchup, never talked about ketchup. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me so atthat point, I just scraped off as much as I could, and tried to disguise it with BBQ sauce. It was terrible. As far as the"bacon" went, it looked like the thin, microwavable stuff and only had 3 partial pieces on it, equalling one and a half smallstrips at most. The burger was also very small, maybe 1/6#. The doors and floors were filthy but the tables were wiped down. Iwas trying to make this a special time for my granddaughter but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The employees were verysweet to her though. I will never go there again and don't recommend it to others either, unless they get their act together.This was my first time at this location because I was only in the area to watch my granddaughter and wanted to take her on a fun"date," without her three siblings. The only reason I'm giving a 2-star rating instead of 1-star is because the kids meal was okand the staff was friendly. Read more
30 minutes we had to wait in line for 16 nuggets and a burnt onion ring. We couldn't even finish the food. I'm curious as if... this is a fast food issue or a general Northside issue, for lack of fast business or lazy employees. Read more

Worst BK in Wichita. I go there once per week at least and my order is usually wrong and missing food. They take forever to cook... your food. I Went there today and the lady taking food order in the window didn't give me my full order, then while waiting forthe rest of my order she was on a video chat with someone on her phone and had her phone leaned up against the cash registercompletely zoned out not paying attention to her job. I asked her where her manager was and she said he wasn't there. Customerservice doesn't exist at this BK location. Beware. Read more
Literally sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, when we ordered no one was here. Got a huge line behind us. They were rude... taking our order then never came to the window to get our money. We were pulling out when they finally showed up, no ?sorry forthe wait? or anything. Won?t be coming back, food was cold. Read more
Never gets my order right. I ask for no onions and extra pickle and they always put onions on it and i even ask for them to make... sure its correct since the past 2 or 3 times of going its not. This time there's onions and NO lettuce. Never returning to thisBK again. Read more
November 25 10:00am. Most of the order was cold. Specifically the hash browns and coffee. Where's the normal morning guy? BEST... EMPLOYEE EVER!!! SEPT 3 7:15PM. After waiting for the workers to service their friends inside. We finally reveived our coldorder... I said thank you at the drive through window and she slammed the door. September 17 8:30am. The guy who works weekendmornings could probably be the best/friendliest worker at BK there is. He delivers every single time i go there. I dont know whowill read this... but i hope someone important sees. If he's NOT a manager. He NEEDS to be, or positiona higher.. I give him11/10. Thank you! Read more
