Went through drive-thru so no knowledge of the inside. The person at the order box of the drive-thru had us wait for close to 8... minutes before taking our order and seemed confused when asked for extra ketchup but no tomatoes. When we drove around, theorder was wrong, they forgot one drink, charge $1.30 for a water, there was no ketchup, several tomatoes, and the food was cold(no other people in line or in the store). I remember their tacos from yrs ago, still the same.. crunchy w/ just meat & lettuce no option for tomato or anything else at... least on the app. Very nice people tho. ???? Read more
Ebony is the main reason I visit this location ( besides being hungry. Lol ). She is waaay to good at her job. If she is not... already a Manger someone needs to promote her ! She always has an upbeat personality ( even during rushes & when dealing withdisgruntled customers ) Plus gets our order correct every time. Read more
The bad reviews are right. 40 minutes in the drive through today. Literally. I timed it. The drive through guy seemed impaired -... he would just drift off and stop talking and then start again a minute later. He got my order wrong initially, so despitewaiting 10 minutes to get to the window I still had to wait ?pulled forward? for part of my order. After 20 minutes pulledforward waiting I locked my car, left it in the drive through and went in to get the rest of my order. By the time I goteverything most of the order in the car was cold. If I hadn?t already paid I would have left. In fact I watched at least 6 carsleave the drive through before getting to the window. Meanwhile we were all watching cars drive quickly through Arby?s drivethrough. I don?t know why this Burger King is this bad. It is a very disrespectful way to treat customers. Waited 15 min on car in front of me in drive thru. When I pulled up I waited another 5 min before I heard a faint voice on the... intercom. I told the lady I couldn't hear what she was saying. And then the speaker boomed that I needed to get out of theirdriveway so someone else could order. When I said "Excuse me... ?" The operator demanded again that I get out of theirdriveway! I have no idea what the operator's problem was but the behavior was incompetent, unprofessional and rude. I can'timagine that any business would want help like that representing them. Read more
These people are utterly incompetent. Waited behind 2 people in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for them to of not even... started making my food. No idea what they're doing back there but they're definitely not working. Read more
This is one of the best burger king's in Wichita. They are so nice and fast. They ALL have manners and and speak with education... unlike the one on Pawnee and k15. This is the greatest crew in my opinion. 2 thumbs up. Read more
Food was good as most times, but just getting off late job, the friendliness of the young lady at window was so upbeat. I didn't... get her name, but thank you for that touch of good energy you showed! Was enlightening!! Pie was great! Read more
