Worst Chick-fil-A location ever. Although Chick-fil-A is known as their staff being accurate and very nice, the staff always... gets my order wrong even though I only order one combo and they didn't seem to care. This CFA used to be great, but sometime around 2021 their service and quality took a nosedive. Every single time without fail... they forget items in the drive thru. I don?t leave the line anymore until I?ve checked my bag. One time I even drove all the wayhome just to find my chicken sandwich didn?t even have a chicken patty? which is pathetic! Just went through the drive thru forbreakfast and paid via the app? the guy at the window gave me a hard time because he said I hadn?t paid yet! This isunacceptable. No other CFA locations have these issues in my experience. Won?t be returning again. Read more
