Worst Chick-fil-A location ever. Although Chick-fil-A is known as their staff being accurate and very nice, the staff always... gets my order wrong even though I only order one combo and they didn't seem to care. How do you forget a whole sandwich but notthe drink and side? The food does not come out hot as well. Also got charged twice in the long waiting drive thru and had tocall customer service to fix it. The team at Chick-fil-A handled thier business with excellence. Do you see the distance on this drive through? I made it... through the line in 8 minutes. I am only giving four stars because it was 104 degrees, and they had their employees standing outside to take orders instead of... using the speaker system when there were only two or three cars. Putting people's health at risk to possibly save a customer aminute is inconsiderate to the employees. If the customers are in that much of a hurry, their priorities are askew. The food wasgreat. I went here and it was GREAT! I would give it more if I could!!!! Nuggets are flavorful enough on their own, but the sauce is so... good. It compliments the salt of the fries which are BOMB and the nuggets! Chicken sandwiches are so good as well! The lemonadeis great, sweet tea is spot on, and for a -not-so-bad price!! Read more
the food isn?t as fresh anymore, I though it was a 1 time thing but this is my second time ordering this week and it?s still not... fresh and tastes kinda weird like I could taste the chicken and it tasted raw ish. I still recommend downloading the chick fil arewards app!. it gives u alottt of free stuff and rewards from time to time usually like today I got a free cookie for noreason. Read more
This CFA used to be great, but sometime around 2021 their service and quality took a nosedive. Every single time without fail... they forget items in the drive thru. I don?t leave the line anymore until I?ve checked my bag. One time I even drove all the wayhome just to find my chicken sandwich didn?t even have a chicken patty? which is pathetic! Just went through the drive thru forbreakfast and paid via the app? the guy at the window gave me a hard time because he said I hadn?t paid yet! This isunacceptable. No other CFA locations have these issues in my experience. Won?t be returning again. Read more
