This Chili?s was super disappointing. My grandma made a reservation for tonight at 6:30. When we arrived, the manager said ?we... don?t take reservations so you?ll have to wait 25 minutes?. If they don?t take reservations, then why let someone send areservation request and why confirm it? Proof of the confirmation and Chili?s location below. Very poor management and very poorservice. Food was decent. My husband's and my order was not correct he order no onion. I order sauce on the side. But whatever we didn't... complain just delt with it . Waiter was decent however not sure if he didn't put the order in correctly or if it was thekitchen.. overall I just took away one star for the onion and sauce. :) Read more
Giving 2 stars for 2 reasons. I HATE their check payment method and their server did not make right by a mistake she made. You... pay with a tablet and their system is so incredibly finicky, you waste all the time just trying to pay. They would save moneyand time by just letting servers do it. Our server forgot to input a meal we ordered. One person in our party of 3, couldn?t eata thing and our food got cold waiting, and she didn?t even do anything to make it right. It's your standard cookie-cutter Chili's, which is always pretty good. The thing that makes this one stand out is the friendly... servers. I've been in there 3 or 4 times with either just my wife, or the whole family including 3 grand-kids. They're greatwith the kids, very accommodating. It's hard for me to give a 5 to a chain restaurant, so this is my top ranking for them. Read more

Delicious food, and affordable options. They took a lot off the 2 for $25 meal deal, as well as, the 1 for $10 meal deal.... Recently, they?ve been skimping on the amount of food they give as well. I could get used to this whole taking care of myself thing. Yummy. Wow. A friend suggested i avoid this location due to poor... food and service, but i discovered a friendly staff, clean and well stocked resteraunt. The gregarious manager was extraatentive and friendly. Went in and Sat at the bar. The bar tender and server were at the bar speaking out loud saying do you want to serve those 2... people I sure don't. I want to wait on that big party over there better tips. Had to get the manager with glasses to get someone to take care order. We ordered a beer and said we wanted the 3 meal deal special server said we couldnt get that because weordered a too big of a beer. The server was rude we got up and walked out.
