Food was great, but definitely smaller portions than other stores in town. Somewhat a line when we got there but it tapered off... after us. The checkout counter was filthy, the drink area disgusting & don't think pop machine has been cleaned ever. Everytable had food all over it & there was only one other table being used. We found a semi clean one. When only 2 or 3 inline...not a single worker got after cleaning the counters or the dining area. Every trash can filled to the brim. Love theirfood but this location has been filthy every time we go there & I don't believe I will return until management puts emphasis oncustomer experience. Read more

Bryce who created my salad bowl seemed to not like his job, the interactions I observed while in line when he assisted the 4... customers in front of myself he was nonchalant with each customer and put in very minimal effort to speak to them and myselfincluded. My dissatisfaction lies with the General Manager Steve who seem preoccupied with daily task instead of helping hiscrew members with clearing out the long line at his Chipotle store. GM Steve in the end made an inappropriate comment to myself?So you want all theses extras but want them for free?? But failed to understand my salad bowl had no salsa, no cheese, no sourcream, and no corn yet but was already full due to the lettuce in my salad bowl taking up most of the space. His wrongassumption, unfriendly service, incorrectly charging of ?additional? sides is why I will not be coming back to this Chipotle. Online order was picked up in a timely manner and when we got home with it it was immediately noticeable had the portion size... was smaller than what we have regularly received at the other two Chipotle locations here in Wichita. I'm not sure if portionsizes have changed company wide, I hope they haven't because usually I can get two meals out of one burrito. But not on thisoccasion Read more

Filthy everywhere! 6 employees standing around, while one young man actually worked hard to help us. Had to wipe food off the... bench to sit down, scoot food out from under our chairs. lady at the register wore the same pair of gloves the entire time, nomatter how many times she touched her face/hair and money to ring people up. Still continuing to go down the food line and getpeoples stuff. Definitely the worst Chipotle experience ever. Read more

The place was filthy. The floor had food all over it. The people were rude. We were the only ones in there, they were not busy,... but they had no interest helping us or cleaning the tables and floor. Windows were dirty, just disgusting. We also had to hurryhome. I only ate a few bites of my bowl and got violently ill. Pretty sure food poisoning. Chipotle has been known in thepast for food poisoning. I will never return! Read more

Chipotle as a whole needs to reanalyze the order pickup system. You can no longer pick it up off the shelf due to food theft... (fair enough), but now you pretty much have to wait for the line to go through to get someone to give you your food. Completelydefeats the purpose of ordering ahead to skip the line. I think if it?s a nationwide issue they need to invest in a locked stylepickup option where you?re given a code when your order is ready. Read more

My order was put in between 4:30 and 5:00 pm and to be picked up at 8:00 pm. I arrived at 7:57 but did not get my order until... 8:25 pm. The people in line got there after me and got their food before me. There were lots of people in the online order linethat had to wait after their pick up time. One lady had to wait 40 minutes after her time slot. We had baseball games and I justfinished getting final preparations done for my mom's funeral, l just wanted to pick up my order and go home and not wait solong in the restaurant. If I wanted to do that I would have gone through the line. I spoke with the manager about this and hetold me that he had a couple new employees, which I understand but there is still no excuse to be so late. I saw at least 6employees plus him working. Yes the line as you walk in to order right then and there was long but they were getting their foodbefore me, and the other online orders, even though they got there after me. After reading the other reviews, other people arehaving the same problems. I was a little upset with him because he did not even offer anything to compensate for the slowness. Ihad to ask for it. All he gave me was a phone number to call to complain. As I was walking out another lady said her order wassupposed to be ready at 8:00 as well but she was okay with the wait. In my mind I was thinking this is not okay. How are thelong wait times supposed to be solved if nobody says anything? Read more

Absolutely terrible service today. They were unapologetic about being so slow on online orders. Young man at the register shoved... the bag into my hands. He was short with brown hair, wearing a hat with glasses. Totally disorganized and dirty. Very skimpy onan $11 meal.
