Wednesday evening, a little after 7:00 pm. The line was out of white rice, brown rice, black beans, and sour cream. Waited 15... mins for white rice to make it to the line, but nothing else. When asked about the other items, the response was a flat-faced"We're out." Prep line was dirty, messy; seemed to be a lot of workers rushing about, but nothing was getting done. This was the best chipotle experience I?ve ever been a part of! The manager on shift, Stevens, made sure my family and I were... having an amazing experience, and talked to us the whole time! Over the years I've felt like I've enjoyed Chipotle less and less. I don't feel like it's a good deal on lunch anymore. You have... to ask double on so much to get what was previously provided and if you order online it is often very light on ingredients. Foodis still very good and service is typically curtious. Probably one of the busiest times of the day! It was crazy busy and the whole crew was working in "warp" speed! Everyone doing... their part like a "well oiled machine "! Even though a few errors were made in the hussel, they were handled graciously, if acomplaint was made. We enjoyed our meal and watching a well trained crew work together handling it all in step.
