Wednesday evening, a little after 7:00 pm. The line was out of white rice, brown rice, black beans, and sour cream. Waited 15... mins for white rice to make it to the line, but nothing else. When asked about the other items, the response was a flat-faced"We're out." Prep line was dirty, messy; seemed to be a lot of workers rushing about, but nothing was getting done. This was the best chipotle experience I?ve ever been a part of! The manager on shift, Stevens, made sure my family and I were... having an amazing experience, and talked to us the whole time! Our food was wonderful, and you can really tell how much theyappreciate the customer in this store. I will never eat at another chipotle again! Read more
Over the years I've felt like I've enjoyed Chipotle less and less. I don't feel like it's a good deal on lunch anymore. You have... to ask double on so much to get what was previously provided and if you order online it is often very light on ingredients. Foodis still very good and service is typically curtious. Probably one of the busiest times of the day! It was crazy busy and the whole crew was working in "warp" speed! Everyone doing... their part like a "well oiled machine "! Even though a few errors were made in the hussel, they were handled graciously, if acomplaint was made. We enjoyed our meal and watching a well trained crew work together handling it all in step. It was not that busy, could see 6 people doing various things, but only one guy working the line. The food station was basically... empty, and what was left in the pans was all dried up and crispy. It was 7pm. I wanted a salad, and didn?t even look like theyhad vinaigrette dressing. Looked like no one took the time to wipe down the spills. Could see condiments splattered allover. The tables were dirty. I didn?t see anyone eating in, just people waiting to place an order, including a police officer.I decided after waiting 10 minutes, to walk out. I mainly came here to comment on the fact that the cilantro lime rice was the best I've ever had from Chipotle at this location!... It was very flavorful and made the whole bowl taste better. Thanks to whoever made it on 9/14/22. :) In addition, I usuallyorder ahead and this location had my food out on time and packaged well. (Ordered at lunchtime) Read more
Out of chicken. Out of steak. Waited 20 minutes for it to cook, got one measly 1/2 scoop of chicken. Asked for more, the clown... behind the counter said it would be double meat charge. Manager was absolutely no help whatsoever. Will be visiting therestaurant in the Maize area from now on. Read more
This has to be the most disgusting Chipotle. I have been across US and been to alot of Chipotles across US. I saw ants on tables... at this location. The tables were not cleaned off. When the manager was told about this, he was rude and said we will clean itwhen I have enough workers. Read more
