Usually like Chipotle but this one they didn't even wrap up our 2 steak burritos. Then rice was way undercooked and hard. The... steak was good and service was terrible. Thought I?d give them another chance but once again, very disappointed in my meal. Bag felt heavy so I figured they didn?t skimp... me on my meat or other fillers this time. The bowl contained about 1 measly scoop of chicken, if that, and had some carnitasmixed in it as well which I don?t care for. The fajita veggies were very crunchy and had tons of raw onion in them. Rude, rude, rude. Not a single smile on the face of any employee. Mistakes happen, but escalating the problem is completely... avoidable. Watch out here because the customer is always WRONG and may be subject to a lecture from Marc. I have never beentreated so rudely at any place of business. Ever. I shudder to think how he speaks to his employees. If you?re looking for aChipotle with good service, go to the Amidon location instead. ETA: Already reported my experience to customer care and toldthem that I was not interested in any free food as I wouldn?t go there to get it, anyway. Chipotle is a good place to eat with decent prices and (mostly)friendly employees. The portions are enough for at least two... meals, maybe even three. My favorite menu item is the bowl with carnitas and a tortilla on the side. The guacamole is reallygood but I think Chipotle must suffer from a never ending avocado shortage. I say this because they are quite stingy with theamount of guacamole they serve, with any item. That's really my only concern other than the consistency between Chipotlerestaurants in general. Overall Chipotle is a pretty decent place to grab a bite, just don't set your expectations too high andyou won't be disappointed. Read more
My spouse like their food so we come to this location fairly regularly. I've never been impressed with the cleanliness of the... store. It seems as if they do not clean the line as often as they should. You're guaranteed to have food all over the bottom ofyour container as they slide it through the mess. I haven't been able to eat here since seeing it. My experience with the staffhasn't been great. "Tell me what you want and get out" type attitude. Read more
