I got great customer service, the women at the window was nice. But my food was garbage, and this is the first time I could say... it was this bad. I got a chicken sandwich and it was thin and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, there was onlyone part of the sandwich that had meat on it. my boyfriend got the 3 piece and his chicken was stale and dry with not much meaton it, my fries and jalapeno bombers were stale too. a big waste of money. do better please. i deserve a free re-do honestly lol Read more

Fryers never on after 850pm, which has been an ongoing problem. dont have fresh fried sides after certain times.. wanting to... serve you fried sides that are past their holding time. The kansas department of health needs to be contacted.. this is the onlyplace I have seen that serves fried foods that don't have fryers on, to serve that food. Read more
Terrible. I've only gone at off hours, so it's probably fine for lunch or dinner hours. The few times I've gone, it's been... bad...tonight the over half of my chicken tenders (ordered the 12 piece family meal) were re-fried and inedible. Chicken is always piping hot and juicy unlike other chicken franchises. However one time the instant mashed potatoes weren't... mixed all the way and still were powdery in the center. How do you mess up instant mashed potatoes? The staff has now changedto be more interactive and fixed their attitude. It seems that they do get overwhelmed with orders when it gets really busy. Onetime a person ordered after a group of us other customers who were waiting for our food, and yet the person already got theirorder before us in 5 minutes. It should be first come first serve. Sometime this place be really good but sometime this place be really bad. I like good fast juicy foods, but sometime they make... me wait in line for 30 minute and plus food be all dried out. I don?t know what has happened it?s been about 5 months since I?ve ordered from this location and very unsatisfactory. I ordered... around $60 i had to ask for my drink jugs and they kept my card for about 10 minutes to ?reboot the system?. My sides were alittle over half full and the fries only served four toddlers.
