I'd love to use your survey sight, but I'm not going to give my credit card number to set up an account especially when l... already have a Dunkin Donuts account on my app. I tried to order my complimentary free medium iced coffee today on my app andit asked for my promo code but there was no promo code for me to submit. However, Jace at the Wichita, KS North Rock Road storewas more than willing and able to assist me when I came inside. So grateful for his awesome customer service and his sincerekindness. Both of which are so rare these days but so grateful I was the recipient of them! Kind and helpful people are soappreciated especially when apps aren't working. Keep hiring awesome employees! They're one if your best investments. I surehope Jace gets to see this feedback! He deserves a promotion and/or any other reward for doing a job well done and making thiscustomer very happy! I don't know what's up with this location. I thought it was just a bad day, but the last few visits have just been all bad. They... never have the correctly sized cups, pre-ordering on the app is pointless (they never have anything in stock it seems), I'vebeen shorted on my hash browns and I don't think they clean the ovens properly because the hash browns actually taste like theoven. My chai was mostly foam today and they gave me the wrong donut. I did get a refund because they were missing the turkeyfor my power sandwich. In a previous my avocado toast was missing the toppings completely as shown in the photo. I will NOT begoing to this location anymore for any reason. Read more

Went here for the first time to get a gift card so I thought I'd treat myself to a small cappuccino while I was there. $2.79 for... this tiny, half full drink. Just go to QT to get better quality and quantity for your money. Read more
