Food has good quality with nice portions for a franchise. They always come out steaming hot with soft garlicky breadsticks on... the side. Alfredo sauce has a weird aftertaste and spaghetti has less amount of sauce but you can't really complain when themenu is on the cheaper side and has great deals. Absolutely disgusting. I had to return the food and demand a refund. I know unsanitary food when I taste it and this place has... got some issues in the kitchen for sure. I remember when I was younger Fazoli's was so awesome. Their ingredients and quality offood is awful now. Read more

First time at Fazoli's. First impression before I walked in wasn't for sure. The concrete sidewalk outside the door was very... stained. I ordered a meal for dine-in.
